The Illawarra and South Coast branch of the CBCA are holding their annual Literary Lunch for school students on Thursday 15th October 2026. The lunch is from 11am-2pm, with 18 different creatives from across the Illawarra and beyond. Each author will be paired up with 8 students from schools across the South Coast, Illawarra region. They will have some fun and engaging activities for the students and opportunities for students to mingle with all authors. Collins Booksellers Thirroul will be running a pop-up stall, offering books for sale by all the wonderful authors and illustrators

We were thrilled win a CBCA state-wide competition looking for a worthy new Street Library location, and our Street Library is now up and running outside KU Gwynneville on Berkeley St, Gwynneville. Stop by and grab a book or make a donation.

Thank you to Officeworks for donating our new pull-up banner, which we look forward to displaying at our events this year.
